As of June 1, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. Deadline for Receipt of Substitutions at 4:00pm (HST) March 14 2022 Deadline for Receipt of Clarification at 4:00pm (HST) March 14 2022 The project site is Pacific Ocean Science and Technology (POST) building at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. The POST building contains a basement and 8 stories above ground, with a techanical penthouse on the roof. The premises and adjoining buildings will be occupied by the faculty, staff and students of the University of Hawaii. Sequencing and timing construction work is critical to the University's to remain in operation throughout the construction period. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
