The Project has 2 buildings with a total of 55 units, each with garden level, second and third floor apartments. (Exhibit A). The balconies have recently been replaced completely. FRH desires to have the roofs, mansards, stair sets between the two buildings, siding, circulation/distribution water pumps, lighting fixtures, and doors/windows replaced. The project includes fireplaces in 18 units on the third floors that will be closed and vacated, installing electric inserts in their place.
