**Project was awarded to SCI Infrastructure LLC in the amount of $8, 183,285.25. Construction is expected to begin February 28, 2022. The Work consists of the construction of the Silverdale Transit Center including a Comfort Station, Canopy, and the realignment of Sid Uhnick Drive along with other work all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications. Bid Security: Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Security Bond made only on the Owner-provided form for a sum equal to 5% of the Total Bid Amount. The bid bond shall not be conditioned in any way to modify the minimum 5% required. Pre-Bid Questions: All questions, requests for information, and Pre-Bid material substitutions, must be submitted in writing on the Owner-provided form in this Project Manual (Section 5) and received by 5:00 PM October 19, 2021 at: patrickr@kitsaptransit.com.
