Bidders must have a New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) C008, C009, C047, C048, C058 and C122. No bids will be accepted without this classification. A bid bond is required in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Bid bond shall consist of a certified check or cashiers check to the order of The College of New Jersey, or an individual or annual bid bond issued by an insurance company or surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. The successful Bidder(s) is required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract. A Surety Disclosure Statement and Certification form must accompany the performance bond. The College will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder who satisfies the qualification criteria as set forth in the contract documents.
