Renovation of an educational facility in Olds, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The FGH Building has been designated as the intended host site for a Health and Wellness Hub, training facilities including a new gym, informal learning spaces and an Indigenous event/partnership space. It currently comprises a working kitchen and server area, gymnasium, supporting change rooms, washrooms and connecting hallways and wings of unused dorm rooms. A portion of several wings have been repurposed as swing spaces for offices during various renovations in other parts of the campus. The building is roughly 17,000 sq m in size in its current configuration.
