To obtain clarifications and/or additional information concerning the contract requirement, specifications and/or drawings, submit a written Request for Information (RFI) via email to Will Blassingame, Contract Specialist at william.blassingame@va.gov, and Dewayne Knowles, Contracting Officer at Dewayne.Knowles@va.gov. Contractor submission of RFI's will begin December 03, 2021, and the final day for Contractor RFI questions is December 10, 2021 at 12PM CT. Questions received after the aforementioned date will not be answered unless it is determined to be in the best interest of the government as deemed by the CO. Telephone requests will not be accepted. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, this acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. In order to be eligible to receive an award under this solicitation, the SDVOSB contractor must be listed and viewable in the VetBiz Registry located at www.vipvetbiz.va.gov at the time of offers due and at time of award. Offerors are advised that the fast track reverification program ended September 30, 2012.
