Deadline for questions or clarification is 4:00 p.m., October 18th The Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified vendors to design, build, and operate a regional composting facility. For questions concerning this Request for Qualifications, contact Barbara Colebank in writing only at barbara.colebank@swaco.org. No phone calls please. SWACO reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in the selection process. SWACO is seeking qualified Proposers to design, build, and operate a regional composting facility. The facility will be located on SWACO owned property, use industry best practices, and accept green waste, food waste, and other organic and compostable materials from residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial sectors. SWACO desires a collaborative partnership that will foster relationships in the local and regional community for the use of the compost generated by the facility.
