Replies may be issued by addendum The running track to be renovated is located at 900 West Perry Street, Bucyrus, Ohio 44820. A: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any and all informalities and has the right to disregard all nonconforming or conditional bids or counter-proposals. B: The Owner may accept any bid that would best serve the interest of the school district and not necessarily be the lowest bid. C: In evaluation of the bids, the school district shall reserve the right, based upon qualifications and compliance with specifications for products listed and other determining factors, to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder who best serves the interest of the project. Bidder shall submit a bid bond within the amount of 5% of the bid. PROJECT SUMMARY: The project shall consist of: Removal of all existing latex running track surface locate, and repair all cracks and areas of base asphalt that require repair/replacement.
