Sealed Requests for Qualifications related to "Architectural Services" for a one-year period from November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2022. Since price is not the sole factor in determining the best respondent, all proposals will be reviewed and ranked, prior to contract award. The Millville Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals to waive any informality's in the qualifications. The Millville Housing Authority also reserves the right to select multiple firms for future negotiated contracts. No Proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of qualifications without the consent of the Millville Housing Authority. This contract is subject to compliance with HUD/MHA Minority and Women's Business Enterprise Opportunity goals and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended.
