Remodeling of an educational facility in Kilgore, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
**As of December 22, 2021 the project has been awarded to Riley Harris Construction but with no award amount.** Kilgore College is taking Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for the following: CSP No. 2021-ETPA002 East Texas Police Academy Building Remodel Kilgore College Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any or all formalities and award a contract only in the best interest of the institution. Contract Start Date December 15th , 2021 Project Identification and Location: East Texas Police Academy Classroom Building, 1810 CR 174E, Kilgore, TX 75662 Work includes interior demolition and new finish-out of rooms in existing building (ETPA Classroom Building). Proposers must submit proposals for each option included in Attachment A. Kilgore College desires work to begin no later than December 15, 2021 with a required completion date of March 1, 2022. This project is being funded by a donor with a defined budget range.
