Site work and paving for a civil project in Carrollton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
Pre-bid questions may be submitted via email at jon.bunner@cityofcarrollton.com until 10:00 AM, OCTOBER 19, 2021. The subject of the email must read "CROSBY ESTATES SECTION 2 - PRE-BID QUESTION" to be accepted. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in an omission of a response to the question. Questions submitted after the above deadline will not be considered. An addendum addressing the questions received will be issued no later than 11:30 AM, Friday, October 22, 2021. The project consists of approximately 25,500 SY of 6 and 8-inch street pavement on Crosby Road, Fannin Drive, Travis Drive, Crockett Drive, Crockett Circle, Nolan Drive, Bowie Drive and Austin Drive. The project also includes approximately 1,570 LF of storm drain line ranging in size from 21-inch pipe to 6' x 4' box culverts. Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications, Plans and Contract Documents may be examined without charge at the office of the Director of Engineering, City Hall, 1945 E. Jackson Road, Carrollton, Texas 75006.
