The purpose of the project is to rehabilitate 6 sections of road, reconstruct and pave 1 road, and rehabilitate 3 parking lots. The existing pavement is at the end of its design life and is in need of rehabilitation to improve the safety/access of the recreational areas, enhancing user's recreational experience and preserve natural resources. This project has been broken up into a base Schedule with 9 Options: Schedule A - Sanford Yake Road, Option R - Fritch Fortress Road, Option S - Blue West Road, Option T - Harbor Bay Road, Option U - Bates Canyon Road, Option V - Alibates Road (reconstruction), Option W - Alibates Auto Tour Road, Option X - Sanford Yake Parking, Option Y - Harbor Bay Parking A, and Option Z - Harbor Bay Parking B.
