Navajo Head Start is seeking proposals from qualified firms and vendors for several fencing projects. Installations needs to comply with the Head Start Performance Standards, Model Tribal Head Start Health and Safety Codes, and other applicable safety codes to ensure the health and safety. Site visits can be arranged by contacting the staff listed on RFP. The fencing installations will include the following: 1. NHS TUBA CITY HEAD START OFFICE - Tuba City, AZ: 1,693 Square Feet (Please see attached aerial view of fencing size and footage) Install 9-gauge, 8 Ft. tall, heavy perimeter, chain-link fencing (Commercial). Install pathway gate for pedestrian's entrance. Install roll entrance gate for vehicle entrance access. Razor wire atop fence perimeter. 2. NHS LAND WITHDRAWAL TRACT - Window Rock, AZ: 1.5 Acres - 16,000 Square Feet (Please see attached aerial view of fencing area) Install 9-gauge, 8 Ft. tall, heavy perimeter, chain-link fencing (Commercial). Install pathway gate for pedestrian's entrance. Install roll entrance gate for vehicle entrance access. 3. NHS CENTRAL OFFICE - Window Rock, AZ: (Please see attached aerial view of fencing area) 120 ft x 75ft - 9,000 SF (Yellow Box) Install fence on Southwest side only (Red) Install 9-gauge, 8 Ft. tall, heavy perimeter, chain-link fencing. Razor wire atop fence perimeter on Southwest Side (RED) and East and North Side (DOTTED LINE). The Navajo Nation 6% sales tax will apply.
