Bidders wiii be required to follow all procurements policies set by HUD and the Effingham County Housing Authority, this shall include a Bid Guarantee. MODERNIZATION PROGRAM No. IL01P062-501-21 The scope of work consists of Plumbing Repairs and Interior Renovations at Projects IL-62-3/Dieterich, IL-62-4/Montrose, and IL-62-8/Effingham in Effingham County, Illinois funded through Modernization Program No. IL01P062-501-21. The scope of work essentially includes the following work and shall be bid under one lump sum contract. 1. Base Bid: a. IL-62-3/Dieterich and IL-62-4/Montrose: 1) Work includes installation of cleanouts on the exterior sanitary lines. Replacement of kitchen sinks and counter tops. Renovation of laundry rooms. Replacement of light fixtures and electrical devices. Jetting of the existing sanitary lines. b. IL-62-8/Effingham: 1) Jetting of the sanitary lines on all floors
