Site work for a water / sewer project in Hillsdale, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Hillsdale is requesting proposals for the following project: Lining of approximately 1,500 LF of 10" sanitary sewer pipe per these specifications. See the attached map for the project location. The City of Hillsdale can provide, upon request, video of existing pipe for bidding purposes only and not for actual work. Alternate pricing is being requested in case certain pipe sections are not able to be lined and will require replacement by open cut. Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 50 % Questions are submitted online
