Renovation of a transportation facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The scope of work consists of replacing existing canopy fabric membrane and repainting the existing steel canopy structural frame. The estimated cost of construction is between $400,000.00 and $700,000.00. Questions applicable to the Project Specification should be submitted to Wendy Cheuk, State Project Manager by email at wendy.cheuk@hawaii.gov no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the pre-bid meeting.A 5% bid adjustment for bidders that are parties to apprenticeship agreements pursuant to Section 103-55.6, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), is applicable to this project. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals for the best interest of the public. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All work under this contract shall be completed within NINETY (90) calendar days from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed from the State.
