The exterior building improvements entail new windows, new entry tower features, new metal awnings, a new parapet roof, and four new HVAC units. Adjacent to the easterly side of the building, a landscaped area for a dog run will be constructed. The site improvements involve repaving the parking lot, constructing new ADA curb ramps, and sidewalk.
