Construct a paved multi-use trail along the Alameda Drain from 4th Street to Montano Road. The project includes asphalt paving, a prefabricated pedestrian bridge, concrete sidewalk, paving and curb and gutter, pedestrian traffic signal improvements, pedestrian cross walks and ADA access ramps, retaining wall and ornamental fence, pavement markings, traffic signs, water quality features within the Alameda Drain, landscaping and aesthetic features, and irrigation. Following the public bid reading, bids will be considered by the City and an award of the Contract, if made, will be within fifty-five (55) consecutive calendar days after the Bid Opening.
