Site work and new construction of a civil project in Bellevue, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
1. Furnish and install one (1) factory built, factory delivered, Control Building with all necessary electrical equipment, conduit, wiring, lighting, instrumentation and control equipment, heating and ventilation system as shown and specified within the Contract Documents. 2. The Control Building shall be complete when delivered and will require Contractor lifting, placement and anchoring on the concrete structure in the manner prescribed by the manufacturer and at the proper stage of construction. a. The installation of the Electrical/Control building shall require the Contractor to run and terminate the power cabling and instrumentation and control wiring into a termination junction box mounted on the exterior of the building. b. The power conduit and wiring from the utility meter to the service entrance main circuit breaker shall be provided by the Contractor. The Manufacturer shall provide a sleeve and seal in the building wall for the Contractor to route the conduit and wiring from the utility meter to the main circuit breaker. c. The power and control conduits and wiring from the automatic transfer switch shall be provided by the Contractor. The Manufacturer shall provide a sleeves and seal in the building wall for the Contractor to route the conduit and wiring from the generator to the automatic transfer switch.
