Saving Project...

Renovation of a detention facility in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

This Contract covers the following work at the Matsqui Institution, Abbotsford, BC: Provide and install new mechanical roof top units and associated ducts & supports. Provide and install new heaters in exterior mechanical shafts. Modify existing concertina tape installation, relocate existing security cameras, and modify existing rain water leaders to suit new exterior ducts. Provide and install new radiant panels and extend existing hydronic heating loop. Provide and install new exhaust fan in the Kitchen. Replace existing mechanical unit in the basement mechanical room. To assist with insurance and bonding requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $1,000,001 to $5,000,000. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
