Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Flowery Branch, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Hall County Board Commissioners, on behalf of the Hall County Department of Public Works and Utilities, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to enter into an agreement to perform certain design and construction services. These services are to be performed using the progressive Design/Build delivery method for constructing improvements to the County's existing Spout Spring Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). The County will assume no responsibility for representations or understandings concerning conditions made by its officers or employees unless included in this request for proposal. All proposals will be evaluated in accordance with applicable Hall County rules, regulations and laws. A Bid Bond, in the amount of not less than 5% of the base bid, must be submitted with the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to provide a Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount not less than 100% of the total bid amount, at the signing of the contract. Successful bidders shall provide insurance in the amount of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) as required by Attachment Q of the bid documents. Notice of Award - January 14, 2022
