The State of Iowa is seeking bidders to provide carpet cleaning services, antimicrobial treatment services, fabric panel cleaning services, and upholstery cleaning on the Capitol Complex. Bidders can bid on single or multiple services. The State reserves the right to award to the Bidder with the best overall price or to the Bidder with the best line item price. The resulting contract(s) will be used on an as-needed basis. Number of years of the initial term of the Contract 3 RFB written questions, requests for clarification, and suggested changes from Bidders due October 15, 2021/2:00 pm The minimum number of days following the deadline for submitting Bids that the Bidder guarantees all Bid terms, including price, will remain firm is 120 Days.
