Renovation of a fire / police facility in Evesham, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,500-square-foot fire / police facility.

The project generally includes the removal and replacement of the existing modified bitumen roofing system of the Evesham Fire Department Building located at the 26 E. Main Street. This work includes the replacement of the existing insulation, cover board, base sheet and cap sheet as well as the replacement of scupper boxes and other ancillary improvements. The Base Bid is for the replacement of an approximately 5,500 SF roof with alternate bids including replacing aluminum railing, painting existing parapet roofing, replacing downspouts & gutters, and replacing dentil and frieze boards with vinyl boards. Checks should be made payable to Environmental Resolutions Inc. The payment for contract documents is non-refundable. If contract documents are to be mailed, there is an additional $15.00 fee for postage. Proposals must be made on the standard Proposal Form, in the manner designated therein and required by the Specification. The proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the contract description on the outside, and addressed to: Business Manager Evesham Fire District No. 1, 984 Tuckerton Road, Evesham, New Jersey 08053. The proposal guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond, or certified check, or cashier's check or a combination thereof, and must be drawn to the order of the Evesham Fie Department, and must be delivered at the place and by the hour above-named. Proposals received after the designated time shall be deemed unresponsive and shall not be opened. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Evesham Fire Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any insignificant defect or informality in any bid should it be in the interest of the Department to do so.
