Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Hillsborough, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000, payable unconditionally to Somerset County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for full amount of bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and that said Surety will furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of successful bidder contract. All Bid Addenda will be issued on the County website and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-23(c)(2). All interested bidders should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. The Contractor shall diligently perform the work herein and shall compete the work in/or before NINETY DAYS (90) consecutive Calendar Days.
