The Purchasing Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town. The following minimum specifications will apply to the items listed to be purchased for the Town of North Providence. It is intended that the manufacturer in the selection of materials and design practices that are the best available in the industry for the type of conditions to proposed will be subjected. Proposed shall be in conformance with all Safety features and the latest standards established. Payment will not be made until proposed meets all specifications. All bids must include transportation and delivery charges to the North Providence Public Works Department, 2 Mafalda Street, North Providence, Rhode Island. Any additions, deletions or variations from the following specifications must be noted. These specifications shall be construed as minimum. Should the manufacturers current published data or specifications exceed these, they shall be considered minimum and shall be furnished. These specifications also require that the bidder furnish descriptive literature, complete specifications and all other necessary data on the equipment he proposes to furnish.
