Contractor shall be solely responsible for construction safety means and methods. 2. Selective demolition. 3. Supply and install new PVC sanitary and PEX domestic water piping, valves and accessories. 4. Supply and install piping terminations at locations designated to receive new fixtures. 5. Restore all damaged surfaces or finishes resulting from the work. 6. Supply and install new firestop collars and sealants at all fire assemblies. 7. Supply and install roof penetrations, flashing, membranes and sealants. 8. Tie in all new PVC into existing cast iron piping at the ground floor level. 9. Supply and install all required piping, valves, cleanouts, terminations, fittings, anchoring devices, firestop material, and all else necessary for a complete scope of work, whether noted or inferred. 10. Air test all new piping and certify the installation to the Bayonne Housing Authority. 11. Replacement of finishes, fixtures and accessories for existing bathrooms and kitchens including, but not limited to: o H.U.D. approved millwork o Bathtubs and enclosures o Water closets o Bath lavatories o Kitchen sinks o Flooring o Painting o Light fixtures 12.
