This is to solicit your sealed bid to furnish an electric operable wall system for DuPage High School District 88, to be delivered and installed at Addison Trail High School, as noted in the Schedule of Proposals. This project includes the removal of an existing accordion pull curtain/wall, with the installation of a new, motorized, Hufcor Series 600 Operable Partition wall system. Scheduling/Completion date of the project will be coordinated with the Director of Buildings and Grounds. Work Shall Include: o Unloading of doors at job-site by contractor. o Demo and disposal of existing accordion track and curtain by contractor. o Install new track system for new folding wall system. Approximate size 23'-6" Width x 9'-6" Height (Actual Measurements to be determined by contractor). Suspension system is type 42 clear anodized aluminum track. o Install approximately 24'x 9' Top Supported, Motorized, Continuously Hinged Panels, Center Stacked Partition system. (Actual Measurements to be determined by contractor) o Panel Construction - Frame (16ga steel), Face (22ga Sheet Steel) o 47 STC acoustically rated. o Finished in standard vinyl (Color to be determined by District). o Sweep type top & bottom sweeps. o Seals - Continuous Contact top & 2" Mechanically Operated Retractable Bottom Seals. o Final closure by mechanically operated expanding jamb. o Adjust all panels to plumb and level.
