A timeline for construction has not yet been established.** The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Deer Valley Water Treatment Plant (DVWTP) Finished Water Pump (FWP) and Chemical Facility Rehabilitation and Refurbishment Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. The DVWTP Finished Water Pump Station and the associated facilities are nearing the end of their useful life. The selected CMAR will provide preconstruction services that include evaluating feasibility of a pump station rehabilitation and cost estimating. The following documents will be made available for viewing at the City offices during normal business hours for the duration of the advertisement period: Agency Review Drawings and Specifications dated January 2020, 90% Submittal Drawings and Specifications dated September 2020 and the FINAL Preliminary Design Report dated November 2020. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project.
