Renovation of a medical facility in Wyocena, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Columbia County hereby requests sealed bids for a lump sum pricing of security system rebid; improvements include video system and door accessibility with card reader controls, at Columbia Health Care Center located at 323 W. Monroe St., Wyocena , Wisconsin. Work is to include, but not be limited to, design provision, fabrication, shipping, delivery, and installation of video security and card reader/door access equipment, hard and soft wares for the project. Pricing includes, but is not limited to; materials, parts, labor, benefits, overhead, supervision, project management, taxes, insurance and all other costs necessary to provide equipment and system as specified. The project (Project CL-PF 21-37: CHCC Security System Improvements) is funded through a Community Development Block Grant-Public Facilities (CDBG-PF). Federal requirements and certain restrictions apply to this project and are included, referenced, and attached to this document. Davis-Bacon wage rates shall apply for ALL classes of work.
