Site work for a mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and power facility.
New 6,000 square foot, double volume conditioned Satellite Energy Plant (SEP) with initial buildout of 500-tons of cooling capacity and 6,000MBH of heating capacity, with the ability to add 2,000 tons of future cooling capacity and 12,000 MBH of heating capacity. 2,000 square feet of flatwork will be required for the adjacent cooling tower yard. Hydronic systems will extend from new SEP to new Nursing building and Welcome center on campus and will integrate into existing campus loop. This project has an WMBE goal of 30%.
