No bids shall be accepted from Bidders who do not visit the Work Site with the OWNER, prior to submitting a Bid, to take measurements and ask questions. Bids will be received on a Lump Sum Price basis as described in the Bidding Documents. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond (EJCDC Penal Sum Form) of 5% of the amount of the Bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Public Works Bond as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the contract.
