Renovation of a municipal facility in Berry Mills, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Southeast Regional Service Commission invites Quotes on RFQ Automatic Dock Leveler 2021-MRF-03. - The Successful Proponent must be in good standing with Work Safe NB, be COR accredited by NBCSA, carry a commercial liability insurance of $5,000,000.00 and be experienced in the type of work requested. - The scope of work is per drawing (New Dock Levelers (Rev1 10-05-2021) issued by JOMA Engineering Group. - Automatic dock levelers are to be installed one at a time. At least one of the docks (door 22 or door 21) must still be operational for loading trailers. - Quotation Pricing Summary for 1 (one) Automatic Dock Leveler in article C to be provided should one leveler be awarded. Door 22 would be the one selected. - Proponents are not required to include quotes on article D. Optional Pricing - Value added features by vendor. - Quotes shall clearly state what work is included and what is not included. - The Commission reserves the right: - In the event that the successful Proponent fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions as listed, to cancel this contract and award it to another Proponent without penalty or action against the Commission. - To accept or reject any part of the Quotation. - To award in its best interest. Quotations with the lowest price or any portion may not necessarily be accepted. - Construction Holdback of 15% will be withheld for 60 days.
