Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hartford, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of, but is not limited to: Quechee State Park is adding 6 new rustic camping cabins to the campground. Four of these sites will be new, two will be on existing tent sites. This project will involve installing a new in-ground leach field, with distribution box and connections to an existing septic tank, installation of a new septic tank and a grease trap for a future dish washing station and the existing Toilet Building 1 as well as some retrofits to the existing septic tank. This project will also include clearing, grubbing, grading and prepping the 6 sites and construction of 6 new rustic cabins, installation of underground electric services, aboveground electrical work and all appurtenances for a complete install, as shown on the plans or as directed by the engineer.
