CHEROKEE NATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) SUMMARY ANNOUNCEMENT INSTALL FIBER CONNECTIVITY The Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed proposals from individuals and/or firms qualified to provide services to the Cherokee Nation to install fiber from the Tribal Complex Campus located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to other sites. Interested parties are to provide a sealed proposal for the entire project. The RFP packet contains all specifications, scope of work, all requirements, and all necessary instructions. Proposals will be accepted from Indian and NonIndian offerors. Indian preference will be given only to responding parties who provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal E m p l o y m e n t s O f f i c e (TERO) located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, telephone number (918) 453- 5000. Proof of TERO certification must accompany and be included in sealed proposal submittal. Attending parties a r e t o h a v e a h a r d hat/safety vest for the mandatory site visit since construction will be ongoing in case it is necessary to go inside the fenced area.
