Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will consist of removing and replacing pump station no. 2 which consists of a 17 feet pump station and 6 feet wet well, irrigation filter and flow meter including electrical panel, SCADA and VFD improvements per plans and specifications, in coordination with the MUD operator. Contractor shall coordinate work with FBCMUD 133 Engineer which is Benchmark Engineering Corp. Contractor shall coordinate work with FBCMUD 133 contractor which is Precise Control, contact Mr. Frank Bittner at frank.precisecontrol@comcast.net. Contractor shall be responsible for keeping construction area clean at all times. Any spills or cleanups shall be performed by the contractor at the contractor's expense. If not performed in a timely manner, the engineer will get someone to do the work and back charge the contractor. Contractor shall be responsible for providing a construction schedule prior to starting construction. Contractor shall refer to SIB portion of the construction manual for additional instructions. Scope of Work of the Contract includes the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental for the construction of irrigation pump station no. 2 improvements along S. Lugano Verde Dr serving Lakes of Bella Terra in Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 133.
