Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Grove, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of providing and installing new mechanical equipment in various locations of the existing building. Mechanical Construction contract includes replacing unit ventilators and UV shelving, replacing gravity vents, new condenser units to connect to unit ventilators, new roof top units with ductwork for installation in new and existing HVAC equipment, and new HVAC web-based control systems. Electrical Construction contract includes new electrical service upgrade with primary and secondary service ductbanks, outdoor utility transformer vault, new switchboards, and branch circuit power for all new HVAC systems. General Construction contract includes installation of roof curbs, equipment supports, structural reinforcing of roof, ceiling modifications for the running of ductwork, condensate lines, electrical infrastructure, and replacing classroom casework. Plumbing contract includes sink replacements associated with casework replacement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions or informalities relative thereto. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 11/15/2021 4:00 PM
