No proposal security will be required. A 100% performance bond and 100% labor and material payment bond on TriMet bond forms will be required when construction services are added to the contract (via a contract modification). The proposal must incorporate and address how elements of the M/W/E/SDVBE program, as described below, will be implemented for both pre-construction and construction activities.
