To be eligible for consideration, all proposers must be registered in the State of Florida to practice their profession at the time of proposal. Proposers without a complete proposal described will be considered improper. The County is seeking to enter an agreement with one or more contractors to furnish fencing materials and labor. The County issues work orders for fencing projects throughout the County that may include various types of fences. Work may include, but not limited to, chain link, wire, barb and field fence, three (3) rail board fence, and any other fence design that may be requested. The awarded contractor will supply both materials and labor. The County is seeking to enter an agreement with one or more contractors to furnish fencing materials and labor. The County issues work orders for fencing projects throughout the County that may include various types of fences. Work may include, but not limited to, chain link, wire, barb and field fence, three (3) rail board fence, and any other fence design that may be requested. The awarded contractor will supply both materials and labor. The awarded contractor shall honor the bid price for a period of one (1) year from the date of the agreement. The agreement may be renewed for up to three (3) successive one (1) year term, for a total of four (4) years. The extended prices are for estimated annual quantities. Unit prices are to include all material and labor for the item described.
