The modernized school will be located on the site of the existing school as a 700 student station facility to include new construction and remodeling or renovation of existing buildings to remain as deemed necessary. Temporary holding for school operations during construction will be required. The Construction Management services shall conduct pre-construction services and establish the GMP. The selected Construction Management firm, shall collaborate with the Architect/Engineer during the programming and design phases, provide estimating, bidding, and construction management services as required in the permitted construction documents. The construction may be phased for the construction deliverables based upon the phased construction schedule as determined by the Owner. Construction shall incorporate all of the requirements set forth in the Permitted Construction Documents, School District of Palm Beach County Master Specifications, District Design Criteria, State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) 2014, Florida Administrative Code (FAC) Chapter 6A-2 and Florida Building Code. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall prepare all Project Documents in accordance with the requirements stated in Department of Education's Chapter 6A-2, SREF and FAC.
