Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Mill Creek, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of March 23,, 2022, project was awarded to to McClure and Sons but awarded amount is not available.** 20-272 The work to be performed for this project consists of replacement of the Thomas Lake Lift Station, demolition of the existing lift station and modifications to the wet well and lift station site. This will include construction of a new 12-foot diameter wet well with three new submersible sewer pumps, a new CMU control building, a new valve vault, force main connection to the existing force main and installation of a new generator. The project shall also include bypass pumping, rehabilitation of the existing wet well and site work including asphalt surfacing and fencing. This contract involves public work. Workers performing work in conjunction with the project shall receive the prevailing rate of wage pursuant to the State Prevailing Wages requirements. This online plan room provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, order full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take-off tool. It is recommended that Bidders Register in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the Self-Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project. The Silver Lake Water & Sewer District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in the bidding documents.
