Renovation of a water / sewer project in Wylie, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work includes, but not limited to: Removal / demo of existing piping. Install new piping. Coating / insulation of new piping. Furnish and install new sump pumps and sump pump control panels. Temporary piping connections as needed to keep remaining filters in service. Preliminary project schedule has been provided for the phasing of the work. Bidders are to base their work off this schedule, after award of bid packages, CMAR will coordinate a schedule meeting with all trades to discuss in depth and explore options to accelerate schedule. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. This project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation within 840 consecutive calendar days from the date of the notice to proceed. Final Completion of the project shall be achieved within 60 days of the Substantial Completion date. Liquidated damages are set forth in the Agreement. Performance and Payment Bonds are required, each in an amount of not less than one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price 1.
