Renovation of an Existing Gastrointestinal Procedure Room at Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital for the Harris County Hospital District dba Harris Health System It is the responsibility of each vendor to examine the entire CSP package, seek clarification in writing, and review their response for accuracy before submitting. Questions relating to the CSP must be submitted in through Bonfire. The deadline for submission of questions relating to this CSP is October 29, 2021, no later than 12:00 p.m. CST. All questions submitted in writing prior to the deadline will be compiled and answered in writing. A copy of all questions and answers will be forwarded via online, fax and/or email to all firms. The County will not be bound by any information conveyed verbally Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference & Site Visit: Attendance is mandatory and all vendors intending to submit a proposal must attend to discuss the requirements of this CSP and hear the answer to questions. The pre-proposal conference and site-visit will not be rescheduled due to tardiness or any other issues that may arise; no exceptions. This fluoroscopy room is located in the GI Endoscopy Lab on the second floor at Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital. The room dimensions are 16'11 1/2" x 16'-43/4".
