As of January 25, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded. A timeline for construction has yet to be established. Ridgeland Hills, Ltd. on Behalf of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 172 reserves the right to r eject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment w ill be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. (Texas Water Code 49.273) Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashier's check payable to Ridgeland Hills, Ltd. on Beha lf of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 172 in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
