The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide an Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, Pavement Design, Utility Coordination, Design and Plans including Right-of-Way plan development/Title Research/Staking, and Construction Phase Services. A traffic management plan is required. Additional services may also be required, such as Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and/or Historical/Architectural Investigations. Additionally, the selected firm will be responsible for providing public outreach and marketing services for all construction contracts on this RFP where applicable. These services shall facilitate INDOTs efforts to proactively and effectively communicate project developments to the media and public through consistent messaging and visual illustrations. The selected firm shall prepare a Communications and Marketing plan which shall include the facilitation of key stakeholder meetings, public outreach meetings and the INDOT public hearing. Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, securing meeting locations, distributing meeting invitations, preparing meeting visualizations and supplying meeting minutes within 1 week of event. Key stakeholder meetings may be either one-on-one or focus group style meetings.
