The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the Organization. Each tender must be placed in a sealed envelope bearing the identification provided in the appendix to the tender document. The tenders received will be opened publicly on the premises of the Registry Office, immediately after the expiry of the deadline set for their receipt. The City of Montreal does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and does not assume any obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer (s).
