**As of March 15, 2022, project was awarded to W.E. O'Neil Construction Company of Colorado but awarded amount is not available.** The project will include the installation of a new fire alarm panel in Police Admin Building with full smoke detection (in non-sprinklered areas) and voice evacuation occupant notification throughout Levels 1 through 5 and Level 7 (approximately 123,000 SF) and occupant notification throughout the garage/basement levels (approx. 180,000 SF) as well as all supporting materials and demolition. This project will focus on developing a stand-alone system for PAB under the ordinance of the appropriate Denver Building & Fire Code.
