You are hereby invited to submit a sealed bid (or at the Bidders option, electronically submitted Bids) for MGCCC Demolition of Bldg Q, Covered Walks, & Swimming Pool located at the Harrison County Campus of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid (or upload at Bidders Option), security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the successful bidder. Bidders shall comply with the law of the State of Mississippi requiring a Certificate of Responsibility. The work covered by this Division of these Specifications consist of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, appliances, and materials, and in performing all operations in connection with the mechanical work, including all items of special equipment specified herein, complete in strict accordance with this Division of these Specifications and the applicable Drawings. Where Architect is used in this document substitute the word Engineer. The work involves a complete mechanical system. Generally the work includes, but is not limited to the following items.
