Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work, covered by the following specifications, shall include the supplying of all labour, equipment, and materials to complete the following requirements for the Work to be performed at 4902-51 Avenue in Bonnyville, AB. The Work required is as follows: 2.1 Apply for a utility service for the property 2.2 Install 200-amp 3/0 service with smart car plug pedestals for 56 parking stalls as per the Main Office Parking Lot Plans in Appendix C and as per the Canadian Electrical Code. 2.3 Install four (4) stubs for LED site lighting as per the Main Office Parking Lot Plans in separately attached with this document. 2.4 The Schedule of Unit Rates is attached in Appendix A and is requested to allow for electrical service construction to be completed in phases as the M.D. so chooses. Should the M.D. choose to complete less than all four (4) phases as listed below, the Proponent shall not be bound to the amounts listed in Appendix A for the remaining phases. 2.4.1 Phase 1 - 14 stalls 2.4.2 Phase 2 - 22 stalls and 2 stubs for LED lamp standards 2.4.3 Phase 3 - 8 stalls and 1 stub for LED lamp standard 2.4.4 Phase 4 - 12 stalls and 1 stub for LED lamp standard 2.5 Supply and erect barricades and/or worksite safety fencing around active construction zone as the area not designated as a worksite will remain a public parking lot. 2.6 Work to be completed by December 17, 2021.
