Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wilsonville, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 165,000-square-foot municipal facility.

The scope of work for this proposal includes mechanical and electrical work only for the North Valley Complex project. Scope includes an office remodel, laboratory construction, warehouse space and onsite improvements. As of April 5, 2022, this project is underway. All trades are let. Construction is expected to be complete in August of 2023. *The closed solicitation below is kept for reference.* ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Lewis will use the request for proposals (RFP) competitive procurement process to select and enter into a Contract with a Mechanical and an Electrical firm. Lewis intends to enter into a contract with the selected firms for the Construction Phase Services scope of work, through acceptance of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) by contract amendment. Lewis, in partnership with State of Oregon - DAS, Day CPM and SERA will evaluate each Proposal with respect to the evaluation criteria outlined in the Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC (CM/GC) "Request for Proposal", dated October 11, 2021. At its sole discretion, Lewis may elect to short list and interview finalists in order to more fully understand the relative qualifications. This RFP does not commit Lewis to enter into any agreement, to pay any expenses incurred in preparation of any response to this request, or to procure or contract for any supplies, goods or services. Lewis reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals not in compliance with the RFP or if it is in the public interest to do so. All proposers must comply with the following requirements: Prevailing Wage Law, ORS 279C.800-279C.870, Licensed with Construction Contractors Board ORS 671.530. If Required, Proposers must obtain business licenses to perform work in the City of Wilsonville prior to mobilizing on jobsite.
