Project no - BA-2020 - Calhoun County - 00038 Texas Parks and Wildlife Ramp Project No.BA-2020 - Calhoun County - 00038 Bids shall be for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, plant and superintendence, and for performing the Work consisting of rebuilding existing boat ramp which includes approximately 280 LF of vinyl bulkhead, 1,120 SF of concrete boat ramp and site grading, coffer dam installation and removal, minor demolition and miscellaneous work. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the greatest amount bid, issued by an acceptable surety, shall be submitted with each bid.A certified check payable to Calhoun County, Texas may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Attention is called to the fact that not less than, the federally determined prevailing (Davis-Bacon and Related Acts) wage rate, and contained in the contract documents, must be paid on this project. In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual identity, gender identity, or national origin.
